vacuum
white line comes out of the egr goes to a cluster of lines that run to strut tower there are three call them blocks that lines go to. the two bottom one there is a vacuum line that attaches to both of them where it runs to motor is capped off and i have a line that comes from resevoir inside fender well going no where can some one help hopefullly with a picture of where the lines are to go 1989 mustang gt HO 302 all stock thanks for any help.also what ia a VSS

Sounds like someone has removed all the emissions solenoids and just capped the vacuum lines.
The diagram below shows you where those vacuum line go, and the line that goes into the passenger side fender goes to a reserve vacuum canister for the emissions solenoids.
