new trick.. key on engine on test without jumper installed??
In line with my previous thread, now periodically the car will idle high and flash the CEL 3 times after start up. I read that this happens when you start the car with the jumper wire in the diagnostic plug..but I removed mine. Did the wires cross from moving the plugs around perhaps?

I notice that there are connectors mounted to the lower control arms for the 02 sensors (or maybe they are supposed to be higher..).. though my issue didn't happen until the next day, not when the downpour happened. I should likely clean those contacts up a bit too..
