94 5.0 auto tranny swap to 5sp. Have a few questions if anyone can help

To start out I need to know if I need the same year mustang 5 speed trans? Or are any 5.0 Trans interchangable?

94-95 is what you need....otherwise, using a fox t-5 will require input shaft swap

Along with a 94-95 bell housing.
