Mixed Up Plug in on Wiring Harness
Hey guys, my buddy and I were taking off everything to get to the lower intake manifold. While I was labeling every plug in for the wire harness my buddy did not label a couple. I believe one goes to the coolant temperature sensor and the other goes to the air temperature sensor. They are right next to each other with the same style plug in so I did not want to screw them up. One plug in has a green wire and a light green wire with a red strip on it. The other plug in has a red wire and a yellow wire.... which one goes where? Also, do you know of a GOOD wiring diagram for future reference? The ones on google images are not helping. Thanks for your help in advance!

Every diagram you will potentially ever need:

Also, when looking at the car (facing the engine), the air charge temperature sensor is on the #5 intake runner, on the drivers side of the lower plenum.
This image below will help simplify things to a lesser extent:

The ACT sensor connector is on the OPPOSITE side of the injector harness, and the ECT Sensor is GR/R and GY/R

Below is a guide on doing a H/C/I. It shows good procedure on doing just your intake (you don't need to remove EVERYTHING it says to, because you're not camming your car. I would however, recommend pulling the distributor):
