Need some clarification

On the 88-91 EEC electrical diagram herein, what mean exactly "→ ignition run circuit" and "to ignition switch". (Center of the diagram)
Top left, #30 what mean NDS ?
Top right, what mean " ↓to ignition run"

Hard to tell from that picture and diagram but it looks like a pcm input from the clutch or park switch to allow the computer to start the car. Seems odd because my 93 was different.
