EGR Spacer coolant line connections

So these are the lines I found. The one was already like that, its just the end part with no hose connected to it. It's obvious where it connects to in the bundle of hoses. Is this the vaccum line you are talking about plugging? I also found another one down right behind/below the egr diaphragm itself(3rd pic). Is this one? There is also 2 lines coming from the back of the upper intake manifold, (didnt take pic) are these of concern? Basically I want to stop EGR gasses from coming into my throttle body, and also have the computer turn off its function so it will not adjust timing and whatnot causing pinging and ****.

I think the only way you're going to prevent gases from entering is the get a blank EGR spacer like I mentioned.

Using a block off plate in place of the EGR valve and bypassing the water lines alone wont do it. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, maybe there's another way. I think its just the way it's all made to work together.
