I think you can with even newer mustang seats than SN's. But the headroom will be a little tight. That's what I remember reading in a couple threads. You'll sit a little higher.

That 2nd set you have a link to is actually in a foxbody. Grab them if they're a decent price and match your interior. If that matters to you or not.

Oh I'm sure I could get them to work, but I was wondering if there was any modification needed. I'm also looking at just seeing if I can put the seat belt guide loop on a fox seats. Mine are in perfect condition, I like them, but that damn seat belt drives me crazy.
