Yes, whole assembly. Upper and lower intake. Everything you see in the picture you originally posted, except the gaskets. I have a 1/2" phenolic spacer that I'll throw in too, if you want it. It goes between the upper and lower intake manifolds. $50 for the TB, so $300 for the whole thing. No TPS or IAC with the TB. Those will get moved to my new 70mm TB.

Ralph could i use my stock TPS and IAC with that TB?

yes you can use your stock items. The GT and the Cobra cam with the same size throttle body.

I don't know about the 95 GT, but the 88-93 5.0s came with a 60 mm throttle body. The 93 Cobra came with the 65mm. That is according to a very good technical reference book I have on the 79-93 Mustangs. The TPS and IAC are the same for all the throttle bodies, so they can be moved over from your current TB.
