Default ECM inspection

Can't find this gremlin, took the ecm out to inspect. I don't see any burnt circuits, am I missing something?

Just bolt-ons:
Intake - from (not includiing) TB, DenseCharger CAI w/MAF and fenderwell K&N
U/D pulleys (from since before I bought it.
Exhaust - from stock headers back 2 1/2" pypes x w/cats
Pro 5.0 shifter

I replaced the alternator (last replaced 2006) and its pigtail very recently. Could a bad connection there do this?

Started out of the blue. Drove 50-60 miles with a few stops, parked and turned it off. An hour later came back, started it and it's been doing this ever since.

No. Pulled it out and made sure the teeth aren't broken since this started.

WITHOUT THE ABILITY to use a scope on the ignition system which is what I do to look at the seconday firing as well as the primary....it'll be hard for you to verify the stator and tfi, the stator in the dizzy performs a simialar function like a cam and a crank sensor do, in that it id's the cylinder 1 and fires inj's sequentially based on firing order, if the stator in the dizzy has an issue and or tfi it could be causing your issue, that's to say there are no vac leaks, fuel pressure is good and no leakdown is occuring and all secondary ign components are up to par.

Yeah, no scope here... When I hold the throttle open to keep it around 2k rpm it runs fairly well, so that makes me think no vac leak and fuel pressure's OK. Or am I wrong about that?
I don't want to just throw parts at it, but with 195k miles on it (half of which I've put on it with this diz) I can replace diz/tfi. Unless I can disassemble / inspect and/or test either or both.
