Default Idle Issues

I have a '92 5.0 Mustang with an idling problem. Just bought the car, previous owner says the cam shaft is not stock but it's not extreme high performance. When the motor is first started, idle increases normally and drops back as it warms up, stopping at about 750 rpm. When the gas pedal is depressed quickly, there's a mild hesitation as it revs up and it may or may not settle back down to 750 (may hang around 1000 and gradually drop back down). Car is very intractable, you can't let the clutch out slowly and ease the gas on or the motor wants to stumble and die. Once you get it moving, it runs great, until you slow down and the rpm decreases, sometimes the engine will die. TPS shows just under 1 volt, seems normal. Thoroughly cleaned the IAC, code reader shows the following: 15, 21, 24, 95. Thanks in advance for the help.

I don't know the code definitions by heart, did you Google the codes to see what they are?

Also, you could start with a base idle reset, and it that doesn't help, start looking for vacuum leaks........ #1 cause of idle issues.
