if the car is not tuned , you need to go get it dyno tuned or expect to keep blowing head gaskets

then why did it blow a gasket?? to much timing?? lean?? where is the a/f through the whole rpm range?? use a head stud this time vs a bolt...also make sure head and or block surface are not warped

it blew the first time due to my nitrous getting stuck on, then i replaced it with a standard head gasket not thinking about the boost, the guy that fixed it didnt set the timing right so it blew, this time though i am getting a mechanic that knows what hes doing, you get what you pay for it seems, you can go cheep and walk home or get it done right, this time its getting done right, this time i am meeting with my mechanic and we are going over what will be best for what i am doing even if it means o rings, but stud bolts are going in regardless

no need for o ring heads with your low boost you are running, do what I stated and you'll be fine

if you plan to add more boost in the future o-ringing would not be a bad idea
