I used to have a 400WHP SRT-4 That big rush you get when the turbo spools up is a rush. But the right gear in a 400HP car will surely give you that feeling down low and on launch that a turbo car will never have.

Yeah like I said, you cannot compare a NA car to a turbo car. The power band on the NA car is going to be spread out instead of all at once when the turbo kicks in, but I was expecting more. I'm sure it's a variety of the camshaft, gears, me still babying it a little because of the new flywheel, and the and lack of proper tune.

I watched the speed gauge and it climbed up pretty fast, but you don't get that "OH SH**" feeling. That's why I'm asking. Thank you guys for all your input on it. I feel once I get it tuned properly and put the gears in I'm going to be very happy with it.

really? I run 331 gears while not to fast it gets there quick but it never gets there before I leave so (think about that). thats also with a 28 tall tire. LOL I dont need no stinking gear.
