Default Head gasket replacement

If you use your new head gasket to check clearances and you have your heads torqued and taken back off. Should you replace your gaskets? Or can you use them, motor has not run with them.

I always use a used gasket for mock up.......I wouldn't reuse it as it's been crushed once and as cheap as some oem gaskets are it's not worth the hassle if for some reason something doesn't seal
