check injectors, they could be restricted causing the lean condition, the local napa used to have a rebuild service in house, i would take them there and they would test and repair any that were not flowing correctly. looks like he has thrown about every part at it excet those, another thing to check is the exhaust back pressure on that bank, a plugged cat can cause lean codes and a rough run

Thats what I told him too. He says that the cylinder balance test was OK, but it's tough to single one out. Cats are already gone.

Fuel injectors fixed the issue. On top of that, the new Delphi fuel pump kept ripping the suction hose in two.

Nothing pisses me off more than finding a thread with my exact problems and no one ever told the solution.

Nope. Tank is clean, sock was new. Had three of them rip. Last I heard he put his own hose on with clamps and it's doing fine.
