Turn signal issues!
#2
Welcome to the forum.
Did you replace the Multifunction switch with a Ford part or an aftermarket ?
Just my opinion, but I only trust OEM parts for stuff like this, aftermarket just isn't the same quality. And if your hazards work, it does usually point to the Multifunction switch. Of course, verify wiring to switch first. Making sure all connections are secure.

mine did this when I did my wire relocating behind the dash. The turn signal flasher is most likely worn out and needs a replacement.
for mine it would work sometimes and slow down untill it stopped working completely. I could hit the flasher and it would work for a couple of minutes and then stop again. new flasher and its all good again. ps the flasher is behind the radio area on the glovebox side.

Just had this issue.
Check the flasher, if its gradually going out it's probably the flasher.
If the hazards work then swap the flashers out, should be the same part for both turn and hazards. That would be the easiest way to check the flasher.
There should be one behind the fuse panel, and under the column behind the dash. I've heard of them being in other places but that's where mine were.
If it's not that then it could be the multiswitch, I have a used one in working condition I'm not using if you needed one, but I'm putting my money on your flasher.
Cosmocrazy is also right, the wires behind the hazard switch can come loose and cause them not to work, but if its slowly going out its your more than likely your flasher dying a slow death.
