Default 1988 Notch 347 stroker flooding cylinder! HELP

1988 notch with 347 stroker, powerdyne charger, intercooler, cammed, heads, accufab intake and throttle body, trick flow MAF with 24lb injector match, vortec fuel management unit, msd ignition , 6al, 10 lb of boost.

Bought car ran perfect, 9.7 seconds in quarter.
Power steering pulley snapped, replaced. Right after that all the issue started literally

Cars dumping fuel into cylinders. plugs soaked.
Changed, Fuel pressure regulator, TPS, o2 sensors, ruled out FMS.

Car seems to be getting worse the more we diagnose. Will start up, runs fat and smell gas, smokes blackish, studders, and then floods out and stalls. noid check good all injectors, compression 125 all 8 cylinders, new cap rotor plugs wires,

HELP HELP HELP....3 weeks of diagnosis. nothing.......

codes? whatever it is, we need something to start with. did u check ect sensor to verify that it is reading correctly? did u put a gauge on and measure fuel pressure? i am assuming that this is a maf setup, did you check to see if that is clean and reading correctly? sounds like maybe you disconnected/broke something while fixing your ps issue, verify that you didnt.

yes, brand new ECT. Not getting any codes with OBD snap on scanner at all. Seems like its not even reading the computer. Fuel pressure is good 39-40psi. I even disconnected the fuel management unit ( vortec ) and ran fuel line without it and disconnected supercharger! Ran the same. What would cause the fuel dumping/Rich running raw fuel electrical wise?

ok, but if you cant read the data from the computer, then you dont know if anything you changed was bad, or if its reading properly at all. in order to figure this out you will need to verify that the ect and maf are reading correctly. being that you cant read the data from the pcm you might have a faulty pcm. first things first, verify your sensor readings.

Both OBD scanners would not read computer or even get a signal. I have tried another known working computer with the MAF conversion with no change at all. How can I read codes off this? The problem with this situation is im going into someone elses custom build without knowledge of what was hacked or added, deleted, etc. I do see some extra "jump" lines coming from computer to coil, etc. Not sure why an OBD wont read it. I have been told that the 88 mustang does not have check engine light and theres a certain/special way to read codes. Not sure thought, so long story short I have to start fixing by process of illumination. It seems I dones all the logical things. Guess not!

Try the free version of pulling codes, just need a paper clip and a pad of paper and pencil.

And just something else I noticed. Your running 9sec times with 24lbs injectors ??? I wouldn't try that again......

Verify they are 24 lbs as they seem WAY lean for a 9 sec. car on boost.

I call BS ON THE 9.7'S AND 24'S. OP unplug the maf and see how it runs and make sure no vac line is attached to the BAP AND NO MAJOR VAC LEAKS ANYWHERE

They are 100% 24lb Ford motorsport injectors. It absolutely ran 9.7. With slicks on it. I really don't feel, the need to debate that just looking for some help since she is not running anything right now. Thanks again. I'll try disconnecting maf

Unplugged maf. No difference. Starts up runs hard and ruff on the throttle 1500rpm. Fuel pressure good then stalls out like flooded after 30 seconds. Plugs soaked

i am assuming that the egr has been deleted? if not make sure that it is not stuck open and flowing exhaust, this will snuff out a motor fast and cause it to flood
