Gain 100 to 115 horses

Last set of datalogs showed the car pulling over 2600kg/hr of airflow. Wasn't even a full pull, let off at 5300rpm. For comparison purposes... my old 347 made 418whp and peaked at 1250ish kg/hr airflow.

A good top end should get you there. You will also need some supporting hardware Like mjr46 mentioned. The Trick Flow kit is a good place to start because it has pretty much everything you will need. You could also build your own top end kit with other components if you aren't a fan of TFS. I would say the only downside to the TFS kit is that the heads are not CNC ported.
You will need to upgrade you fuel injectors, MAF sensor, and fuel pump to compensate for the greater fuel demand.
You may also want to add a bigger throttle body and EGR spacer, headers and new roller lifters as the TFS kit does not include them.
Dyno tuning may be needed for best performance.
