My money is on the distributor being out. Done it myself once or twice.

Okay, i did what u said and my firing order is all set. So i go to start the car and it turns over but then is pops/bangs. It sounds like a gun shot went off. Im not sure what could be the problem. :/

sounds like either the timing is off a tooth or two or firing order off it goes counter clockwise

I know my firing order is correct on the cap. But im not so sure on the timing. And i dont have a timing light. So my guess is that its a tooth off. And thanks again for the help!
