throttle body water leak
I'm not even going to deal with this honestly. I ordered aTrick Flow R series intake manifold and accufab 75mm throttle body with blank EGR. I'm going to have the shop remove the EGR, smog pump and bypass the coolant lines for the throttle body. My main question is how far can i drive it with those coolant lines bypassed? Its under 50 miles all highway to the shop. Also, having some full length Maximum Motorsports subframe connectors installed when its there.

mountain, desert, it doesn't matter, deleting them won't affect a thing, I've BEEN RUNNING WITHOUT THEM for 5 years on a s/c 89 vert,, plenty of muscle cars out there with more compression then a little old fox body that don't have egr and run fine with out it......like I said op, you'll be fine without them

OP definitely won't be blowing his engine by bypassing the coolant hose.

Bypassed it with a few bolts, some clamps and 2 vacuum caps. It'sredneck rigged for now but my main worry is the excessive water in the exhaust. Any chance it blew a head gasket from water in the cylinders?
