I did a koeo system test to see what was going on, new car to me about 2 months old. I am getting the 511 no power to pcm / bad pcm code. I am scratching my head here. If it wasn't getting power or was bad, why does the engine run. It runs fine albeit somewhat low on power it seems to me. But it idles just fine with the occasional skip/miss on 1 cylinder it seems. Run fine at wot again just a little low on power. Does great on interstate travel no issues at 18mpg. What exactly does the pcm do?

my other code was 412 idle speed system too low, idles fine to me, should I be concerned? do I need to change or adjust the IAC?

Check your grounds, when they go bad, they can play havoc with all electrical components. Otherwise do a wiggle test on all connections to see if you can cause a stumble/ missfire.
