bucking and jumping around low rpm

I HAVE TWO OTHER COMPUTERS AT HOME I CAN THROW IN IT. AND DO I JUST NEED TO TAKE NEGATIVE CABLE OFF AND WAIT 5 MINS TO RESET COMPUTER. AND I REPLACED THE STARTER OVER THE WEEKEND AND THE START WONT TURN OVER THE CAR SO I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER SO MAY BE A WHILE TILL NEXT UPDATE.

Yes, that will clear the codes. But when doing a base idle reset, you'll be checking the TPS voltage to make sure it's within spec. Code 23 showed it was out of spec. Alot of your codes dealt with idle issues. Hopefully that will clean those up.
And what's with all the CAPS ??? lol
That usually means your yelling in a forum post. Are you yelling ?
Also, have them test the starter when you return it. Just to verify you had it installed correctly. No disrespect meant, but I don't know your ability with a wrench and basic mechanics.

Will do and I think I may have a bad solenoid because I took my test light and I have power on the right hand side. But when I have a buddy try to start the car I have nothing on the left side and it pops when you try to start it

A starter solenoid may or may not click when bad. You can jump the terminals with 2 big screw drivers that you don't care about. Engine should turn over then.... then you'll know if the solenoid is bad.

Well replaced sylinoid and car fired up and check tps voltage it was above one and tried adjusting it but it wouldn't go down any so I'm gonna throw one of those on there and see where that takes me. Would that cause it to start running really badly the just shut off when it gets up to temp just idling.

You can set your TPS voltage anywhere between .5 to 1.1 volts. Anything in-between those #'s is where you want to be. The myth of .98 volts being the sweet spot is just that......a myth.
I wouldn't think a bad TPS would cause your engine stalls. But I'm not the most knowledgeable on this matter.
Google "Mustang bad TPS symptoms" and you'll see a ton of posts. Some say the car does die when warm. Test your TPS both at idle and WOT. Check for a nice linear volt climb to WOT. Not that there's any dips or spikes in volts meaning a dead spot in TPS.
