Default AC blows cold but not strong

My air conditioner just recharged blows nice and cold however does not blow strong I did some research and found out of there is not a cabin air filter in the 94 model GT. My question is how in the world would I get in there to clean the squirrel cage fan? I am assuming it has some dust buildup on it limiting them out of there that it can move. It gets Mighty hot in here.

When you take it out, make sure the blower wheel itself is in not cracked or spinning freely on the motor shaft. That's usually what happens. The plastic wheel gets rounded out then no longer spins with the motor so you have decreased air flow.

Also, the blow motor speed resistor may not have all speeds available (burnt out) so even though you put it to 2, 3, or 4 you might only be getting speed 1 and/or 2.

Does the fan operate in all of the speed settings? If not you could have a partially blown blower resistor.

Yes, I checked the 1 at a time and each one blows stronger than the last. I took the fan out and scrubbed it. It was Covered in soot. I did notice though that the far right passenger vent isn't connected to anything and I can't see a place where it is supposedifficult to connect. Any clues on that?
