Default 302 small block build

hey so im getting ready to start planning a build plan for new motor.but i have no idea how or where to start.im looking for power and not trying spend a rediculous amount.any help or ideas would be awsome!

I would never put pro comp junk on my ride and expect reliability....it's a fact with their stuff and I 've worked on plenty of it.
