Default Ride Quality

95 GT owned since new. Great condition. As the car has gotten older it just rides so rough. I have tried several different brand of shocks with no real difference. Right now it has cooper rs3-a tires on it which helped a little. I am thinking that on a car this old that all the bushings in the front end are hard as a rock which could be causing most of the problem. Any thoughts ?

I think you could be right, that would be a good place to start, if they haven't been replaced for 16 yrs

I was not the greatest in math but I think it's 21 years old. Actually 22 years as it was built early in the model year in the fall of 1994.

If you're looking for smooth ride over handling get stock style rubber bushings. Poly bushings are stiff for better handling but transfer a lot more bumps and vibrations.
Also, shocks do nothing but dampen the motion of the spring. Worn out shocks tend to let the suspension bounce more, not become more harsh and stiff. Not that it wasn't a good idea to replace them, but you're bushings are probably where the problem lies.
