Starter keeps running have replaced 4 already and new coil ignition switch

What year? We need more info as 94 up are different than fox body cars.

And verify your starter solenoid is wired correctly. Or it could actually be stuck open/closed ( ??? ) which would cause this issue.

Also, we need to know if you have converted to the mini-starter or not. If you have; a picture of the wiring to the starter solenoid might help....

Had a similar problem on my '87 5.0. I replaced the solenoid and disconnected the aftermarket alarm wiring going to the solenoid. It's worked fine since then. Don't be cheap either, get the good one.

I had this happen to my 88gt, replaced the solenoid and never had an issue sense
