Default Just installed trick flow kit. Rocker noise?

Hi all. I just got finished installing the trick flow stage 1 street kit on my 92 5.0. Car runs great but has a tiny noise coming from what seems to be the rockers. its by no means loud or obvious but i hear it. (OCD) Is there anything to worry about? It mostly sounds more like a slight shuffling noise than a tick or anything. Also on a side note, the car doesnt idle 100% perfect on the stock ecu tune. it drives perfect but stumbles on its return to idle. Any ideas on that?>

How did you set lifter preload ?

And the stumble could just be a vacuum leak caused from an inadvertent yank or tug on an already brittle vacuum line.

I set it as the instructions stated. Following firing order, both lifters all the way down both valves closed, felt for the point of zero push rod movement up and down, then a half turn past that.

That sounds right to me and if your sure it was done correctly, they should be fine. I'd just drive the car normally for a few days, seeing if it gets quiter. It's hard to say not being there to hear it personally.

Do they sound like this? These were crane roller rockers, no amount of adjusting made them quiet. Sounds like a sewing machine, but thats just how some roller rockers sound.

Jump up to the 1:40 mark and you will hear mine if you dont want to watch the entire video.

The noise has lessened from before guys. Thanks though. Now on to figuring out why it doesn't start smooth.
