I'm old school, like the 5.0's cost of parts. Also the idea that I don't need any'puter and I can use a carb if I want and still go real quick........
Around here it seems that you almost trip over over 5.0's anyplace you go........

I've got a 88 5.0 and my brother has a 03 4.6. His car is really nice and I have fun driving it but compared to my car is like driving a Honda. I can have fun shifting my car at 2500 rpm, but I have to shift his car around 4000 to get the same feel. I just love the low end torque of the 5.0 and if you want to take the rpms way up and get more smiles you can. In all fairness though his car is completely stock where as mine has some work done to it. I don't know how much difference it makes.
