are roller rockers really worth the money?? how hard are they to install?? any preference on brand??

roller rockers are great in the fact that they are stronger and create less friction....they wont add horse power unless you up the ratio....they install just the same as stamped steel rockers <edited><editID>Black Horse</editID><editDate>37991.7551967593</editDate></edited>

But would you say that the ford racing 1.6 RRs would give the same performance as the 1.7 RRs ? Or because of the more lift you would get from the cam the 1.7s would always be better ?

the higher the ratio the more performance since your raising the actual valve lift

you also add a lil bit duration as you up the ratio , there a tad bit less rolling friction that gets freed up ,
