You can send a bunch of money for the top of the line balancer from TCI but Pro Products makes a nice one for like just over 100 bones, I just bought one and it looks nice... better than factory anyways. Not sure how it runs yet I had to send it off with the block to get my engine balanced

So far Pro Products has had awesome prices with nice quality stuff I think I am going to toss my Edel Performer upper and go with a polished Pro Products upper, I already have their TB spacer which was a nice part ( Polished) and now I have the balancer whic also looks like a awesome piece. The TCI one is by far the best but its like 300+ dollars, I can't reason on spending that much on a street engine that rarely see's 6000 RPM, those balancers are for over the 6 g limit

YOu had the engine balanced already? By a machine shop.... if yes then they balanced the engine with the orriginal balancer.... its hard to say if it will cause a problem at low RPM now and they are crafted as per stock requirements, alot of people replace them all the time but from what I know under 6 G there will be no problem, its when you are taking your engine higher its makes a huge difference..... if you want to be safe and already have had your engine balanced with that balancer then just use the stock balancer agian....did you check to make sure its just not the pulley?

yeah thats the best bet, if the balancer is goign already and the engine was just done something went wrong. Double check to make sure the bolt is on their tight as well.... Usually those balancers last forever, my 89 F-150 is going on 230,000 k with no problems and my mustang has 270,000 and I just bought a new one now.
