Default fuel pressure regulator

i just replaced one of two 02 sensors and it didn't help the bumping noise, as ive come to call it i guess. It always smells like gas but i think thats cause of no cats, my water temp sensor i havent replaced so I don't know how hot my car is running (I pay attention to it...)

So If I can figure out how to test the fuel pump, ill do it. Until that Ill replace plugs and maybe wires. BTW my wires aren't ford motorsports like i said, they're Taylor 8mm wires if that matters at all.

if we run to much higher than 30 than the spark plugs don't seem to last too long, its got 24# injectors, 11o iph fuel pump bbk regulator and taylor wires cam ignition with rev limiter and coil, I don't remember what the spark plugs were but they ran 12 bucks a piece any more advice would really help.

get it dyno tuned, that is the only way to tell what your perfect pressure should be. or just do the seat-of-your-pants test
