RE: Looking for about 400+ hp please help
Well there is a dyno place like 5 miles from my house but I don't know if they tune. They may just be a dyno for numbers. I've never heard of them tuning but then again I've only been there once. I won't be able to boost right away anyway. I have the clutch but I think I'm gonna hold off on putting it in until I get my aluminum flywheel. Faster revs=faster boosting. ha ha ha. I'll TRY not to dog it until I get it tuned and get the clutch in. But then again that is only trying and I know I won't be we'll see. If anything I'll blow the motor and have an excuse to buy my 347 short block. Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't build a stroker in a stock block unless you were an N/A street racer looking to build a sleeper. With any of the power adders you should easily be able to split a stock block 306.
As far as the turbo kits, I built my own single kit. I had a Master Power T70 (good to 840hp), a bar and plate I/C 12x24x4 (good to 800+hp), Tial WG & BOV, flipped BBK shorty headers, all V-band clamps, all mandrel bends and a flex coupling. I had right at $2k in it after being coated. This did not include my mass air meter and injectors however. I bought everything new also. It was all purchased on groups purchases, specials, etc. It took me ~3 months to gather everything. It was well worth it to save >$2k.
