Heater Core
I took mine to the dealer and they told me $600.00 and up depends on how long it took them. I picked up the part and did the job myself for $38.00. I started on a friday night and sat night it was up and running again. It was my first time to change one, but if you got a haynesrepair manual or a CDrepair manual it willtell you everything you need to get the job done.</P>

i found a fast way to do it drop the column down take out gauge cluster and counsole loosen all dash bolts 6 screws across top 2 5/16 bolts by kick panel and dont forget the one directly under column its either a 7/16 or 10 mm pull dash back and set on seats the pass. side can move out enough to get htr box out 2 bolts on top of box 2 in eng. compartment behind a/c dryer and the bolt inside at bottom of htr. box usually covered by carpet remove htr. box take off top cover 4 5/16 screws and replace htr core sounds like alot of work but its not that bad i've done so many i can do them in my sleep can be done in 2 to 3 hrs max this way and save a lot of money hope i helped.
