yes it's cheaper...but a dyno run would also help to see if it's jetted right and the throttle linkage cam is right as well as the sec. springs if using a vacuum sed carb and have the right discharge tubes

that would have been something to tell him BEFORE he got into modding the EFI part of the engine. it is a little late now. but yes, it would be awesome.

Dont go NOS lol, just my opnion. Question though, wouldnt a carb be the best way to go about betting more HP and tourqe. I am wanting to increase my HP and all out faster car, and im a big fan of old school muscle cars. Chevys and Stangs alike, So i love the rumble tuning a carb can get. I was planing on getting carb and selling off all of the EFI s**t for other mods. Would this be the smart idea. and is anyone out there rrunning a carb and getting good gas mileage. What disadvenatges/advantages would a carbed motor have over a EFI motor.? which is better "bang for Buck" i guess. THanks

How is EFI better, wouldnt it be more cost efficeint with buying all the computer s**t, im looking for the easiest/cheapest ways for now. I hear that tuning and gething the damn bugs outta the computers for EFI gets exspensive, if what i have hear is right/wrong tell me. Carb just seems so much more simple than these darn computer setups. Which would be the best way to go and if EFI is more streetable, what would i need to get for the quickest power gain, or change?
