Default High idle problem
Hi, i just wasted to ask a question about my idle on my '91 GT. When I drive and get caught at a light, my idle is kind of high. When im at a complete stop it sits around 1000rpm and then about 30 seconds to a minute later it suddenly drops to about 700rpm's, then it just idles up and down. The engine also has about 180,000 miles on it. Could this be a vaccum leak? Or is it due to the age of the engine? I would appreciate any answers. Thanks.

could be a vacuum leak, could be a bad tps.
