RE: headlight adjustment???
Similiar, just replaced two piece with a one-piece aftermarket on a '95. The lower inner screw only adjusts when the head light is out, big pain! If this is set out to far, headlight does not mate with the fender (turn signal portion). Can not get the headlights up, they illuminate about 3 feet in front of the car. Turning the upper inner screw pulls the headlight against the mouting frame so it will go no further and can not raise the light. Any suggestions?

RE: headlight adjustment???
damn... this is an old thread. and to ans ur question, i guess u have to just take it out and adjust that lower one... its gonna be a biotch, but sounds like its gonna hve to come in and out a few times to get it to match... or... just take it to a shop and have then align them(only costs like 12 bucks when i went thru inspection) and that way theyll be to ur states specs

RE: headlight adjustment???
Hey, I no this is an old thread however, it dosen't seem that you understand how to adjust your headlights yet.
What I use is a 4mm socket and a 1/4 inch drive ratchet, there are 3 adjustment screws on the back of the headlights hint: the only ones that the 4mm socket will fit. To adjust the up and down direction you need to adjust the top outer screws the ones closest to the fenders. The inner screws are for adjusting the left to right directions. I beleive the one on the bottom in also for up and down but I am not sure I haven't had to use it.
Hope this is helpful

P.S. You may want to use some penatrating lube the day before, these screws are notorius for seizing.
