Most lexan windows have to be trimmed, pre fit ones are more then likely gonna fit like crap. I beleive summit racing sells a lexan window kit for mustangs.

good luck with that though. from what i've heard and read (but only from what i've heard and read since i've never personally dealt with lexan) the lexan starts to discolor and get pitted

thanks for the replies.
its just a racecar, i took a 79 mercury capri, and put an 86 model front nose piece on it, and rear tail lights.
i just got done putting a fiberglass hatch on it.. trying to lighten it up some more.
also took the 79 model big heavy inner metal bumber off too.
i say it was at least 100 pounds taking those 2 things off.(maybe more?) but i havent wieghed it yet.
i was thinking about putting 87 up model quarter glass in it, which is no problem, i have 8 mustangs in the pasture. but i got to thinking about making it a little lighter again, and started to think about lexaning the quarter glass.
i think ill just buy a sheet of lexan and form it the way i want it, like posted earlier up there.
it would prolly fit like cheit anyways. just trying to get some ideas. thanks!
but anyways.... thanks for the replies!
