Default RE: 1987 Mustang GT with T TOPS road to restore!!

ok guys here some more info It is a 87 gt originally black and silver but is in black primer at the moment. Body is in overall good shape except for a small dent behind the door where some one tried to break into it and some rust in the ds rear quarter behind the wheel . Has a brand new headlight set and foglights as well. Also cut out the front bumper cover for a cobra grille (im not a big fan of this). This is an AOD car and motor is completely stock down to the smog pump and runs good still has the air silencer still in it . The interior is grey and in good shape the front and rear seat are perfect. The ttops still lock with keys and dont leak as it rained for 2 days here and all dry on the inside the rear passanger floor pan has been replaced but the other ones are very SOLID!!. It has 4.10 gears with mac upper/lower rear control arms and new tokico springs and shocks along with 15x8 rear and 15x7 front Weld draglites with new 225/50 tire. the car came with an extra set of 87-88 Gt t top doors because the driverside door was shot but i have replaced it allready.

Hey, Chad's wife here, lol! Yeah the interior in it is grey, never thought about changing it to black. That would look good also....

like i said the tails are temporary , i want to get a set of svo tails for the rear , everyone has lx tails and my cheese grater tails were busted up bad , and i git the euro's for 50 so i think i did ok . the color of mineis ppg dark maple metalic , with some custom tint and flake in it , in florecent it looks purple and in the sun it is a dark brown with a fire red hue to it ., i still have a good bit of int work to do to it but i like it just the same .
