whats your beef with fram?

RE: whats your beef with fram?
I also use purolator, much better than fram. I also buy the higher end purolator filter. INstead of part number L30001, ithas PL30001. That P makes it worth the extra couple bucks (it also looks pretty, a deep metallic blue)
And I believe that walmart buys crap stuff, even if it looks the same. I tried to return a keyboard there without the reciept (cause I bought it from dell) and even though the box was identical the UPC code was different. I ended up returning it to best buy. Why would every store have the same UPC except walmart? I've also heard they do the same with ipods.

i havent used a k+n oil filter but they are supposed to be decent, sadly i do have a fram on my 91 and my 65(the 65 was put on to keep critter out of the motor) but ive been starting it up with that one on there im gonna change the oil soon. i really wish i had the cash id go stock up on cases of motor oil before they go thru the roof also

The K&N's I heard are better for track cars, and not so much for daily driving. Something to do with they flow better, and don't actually filter AS much. So they're better if you do more frequent oil changes or something. But I could be wrong.
