It will work good for your needs.I got the 3g abd it has its one brealer and power wire. That will let more current flow. But its an upgrade from stock

I ordered a 160 AMP 3G 1 wire Alternator.......$115 shipped It's a remanufactured on with new parts, but the guy has pretty good feed back so I feel comfy with the Alternator.
