Default production numbers

Every site i've been on says that there were 156,514 total mustangs produced in 1985. My serial number is 256675, making it number 156,675. Does anybody have actual figures of how many were made that year? I know it was one of the last but it would be sweet if it was the last carbed gt.

If it was I think you would be pretty pissed that you don't have the original engine.

Ford emailed me back with the same figures everybody else has. I don't understand how they could produce at least 161 more and not have it documented.

If it were the last 85 made then it could be worth a pretty penny to collectors since it was the last carb mustang ever made.
