I'd still dump it

it would be cheaper to invest in some sound deadnor (SP?) for the floor and to get a custom catback done. Alot more work involved though.

but if its your dd and you want to use it to transport your new born around in it is definatly worth it, O and another thing you should really look into is upgrading your breaks ALL the way around with good set of brembo or willwood!!!! makes no sense to go fast if you cant stop

The brakes are definitely getting upgraded. Probably doing the front first and the back a little later.
