Default O2 sensors

Planning on puting some new O2s in this weekend is there anything special i need to do to get them out? Any tips would be appreciated thanks

liquid wrench the day before, then strong arm them if you still have problems then you need to break out the hot wrench

o2 sensor socket makes things pretty easy if you dont already have one, its like 8 bucks at advance

I tried to get my new ones in and could only get driver side in, the other is too siezed in. I tried wd 40. What do you guys mean about this hot wrench thing and liquid wrench?

Hot Wrench= Torch or Propane Bottle
Liquid Wrench= Penetrating Fluid tha comes in a can
