You should have backed the rear end up to the window and spilled some exaust and rubber in the kitchen...
I wouldn't be mad at the girl, she was obviously sorry, I'd be pissed at the manager though, "can't do any thing" my ***...ever heard of free food...and a free car wash...coffee on the hood is worth an least a couple boxes of doughnuts.
I am confused as to how you got hit with a cup of coffee if you hadn't ordered yet? Is it set up so you order threw a window instead of the talk box? cause all the drive thrus I ever go to if I haven't ordered the window is like two hundrid feet away around a corner...so yeah...bout that.

man if i was the chick i would of just let you drive away since you obviously didn't know where it came from

I would of found out why the hell the coffe was thrown in the 1st place ...The Manager handled that in a bad way proly cause he is banging the little chic ...i would do like you said contact the regional manager and demand something is done about it.

Are you kidding me!!!!!! Let me see if I have the facts! A young girl who just happen to have motivation to go get a job in the first place....she probably wasn't trying to throw anything at your car but accidentally hit you car with hot coffee that did no damage....So your response, to a crying young girl who was obviously upset and who apoligized, is to get her fired or at least detention in the hot donut oven. First of all your sterotyping me is ....let me dumb this down....You dont have any idea what type of person I am. All I was saying is...no damage was done and she did apologize. Obviously from the tears, she was probably truly sorry for her actions. You wouldn't give the death penalty for stealing a candy bar! Or perhaps you would....people like you have no gray area....its only black and white.
