The paint color I bought was called Firemist Orange. It is alot like 5.0 Stanger's car. Mine is an orange color with a butt load of metallic flakes. I can see red and green flakes in it, not sure what else it has blended in the oaint. It is a beautiful color though.

I do paintwork. Only as a hobby. I have a job that pays the bills and gives me 14 days off in a row every month. I work 6 months out of the year. I made over $80k last year. I couldn't ask for a better job. i don't have enough passion nor do I know enough to call myself a true body man. I still struggle alot working on bad wrinkled metal. Just need more practice at it. I have two really good friends, one is 60 years old and the other is 48. They both were raised doing it. They have taught me alot about the business and trade. I drove my car over to the older guys house because he actually has a paint booth at his house. It turns out alot better jobs than my shop does. I have too much dirt and stuff that floats around in the air in my shop. Way to many drafts and leaks. But my buddy NewYork has a pretty decent paint booth for a poor man. It gets the job done and he is a real "Ball Breaker" when it comes to hot rods or custom paint jobs. He drives me crazy with it. He does alot of work for local car lots and such and I have helped work on alot of the car lot cars just out of labor of love and to get the experience. It works out for both of us. They get free help and I get to learn more about the business of Paint & Body. This car is only my 4th vehicle that I have done. But I have helped on hundreds upon hundreds of cars and trucks. I can do metal fabrication and weld in body patches and replace quarters on old cars alot better than my buddy New York, but when it comes to making it look like glass, he is the man.
