Default Fox Shorty headers on Sn 95 GT?

I can get a set of brand new shorty headers, but the reason Im asking about this is because the guy told me that they are made for I think he said 83-96 5.0 stangs. I wasnt sure if the SN-95 shorty headers are different than Fox shorty headers. I would like long tube but I hear long tubes on 95 gt auto is nearly impossible. Let me know what you guys think.

(I tried the search, but didnt come up with anything relevant)

thanks!!

sn-95 stangs use different headers as the passanger side is where egr pulls exhaust gases from via a tube connected to headers

I think the passenger side header is different on the sn95s.

i have a set of headers that were on my buddies 92 that are on my 94 now. all that needs to be done is delete the egr, which i had already done before. but they fit just the same if you delete the egr.

awesome! Thats what I was wondering. I have heard of people doing it, but not sure how. did you have to do anything to the computer or something to turn off the dummy light? I have heard that there is something I need to update or shut off to keep the light from coming on.

Thanks!

well i forget the site it bought the stuff off of, but it came with a block off plate for on the upper intake, a cap for the header( because i did this when i still have stock headers so there was the provision for the egr tube), and it came with a plug that you plug into the connector that hooked up to the egr. ive read that you dont need the plug that the computer just eliminates that when its unhooked but i just used it anyway.
