Yes and No.......YES being it played out ugly by the person handling the situation, and No being that the company owner was not the one handling the situation, an employee took it upon himself to misrepresent company standard of conduct in situations as such....if you go back and read the thread on the 5th page the owner of UPR finally caught wind of the internet jibberish and sought to make the situation gone bad , right again.........hopefully both sides resolve the issue and are satisfied in the end

wow, I have UPR LCA's & UCA's and love them but I can honestly say that after reading this and the other threads I'll NEVER give them another dollar of my money or ever recommend them again. Sorry for that, I went through the same the with GMS and will bash them till the day I die.

i've never heard anything really great about UPR, mostly bad, i'll stay away from any suspension stuff, but chrome radiator hold down is pretty sweet as well as some other stuff.

I have heard more good than bad about UPR, but I can attest my future front suspension will be "Team Z" all the way. There is a reason behind my madness in case of those who are wondering.

I have always wondered about them. From their ads i have seen they seem like they have a few good items such as their billet pieces but I have always double thought buying suspension parts. I have seen great success with them too. Like said before they can make quality parts and one persons bad experience can ruin the company if that person wants to rant and rave about it enough on the net.

A lot of people wonder why MM prices seem high but in this case it really looks like a you get what you pay for kinda deal.

I wonder if people herd the real crap that goes on at summit would they act like this?.....as far as products, UPR has decent piece for a good price....let's face it, if you have a REAL racer you would buy quality proven race parts, right?....90% of mustang people don't have them so UPR fits the niche so to speak....
