Default I'd like some opinions...

I have all the basic bolt-ons. If I decide to build the motor, where's the best place to start?

ok,ok...

Like I said, I have all the HP gaining bolt-ons that are available. I have edelbrock aluminum heads and my fuel sytem is beefed up.
I guess my question is besides putting in a better cam-what is the easiest and cheapest way to produce more HP for an everyday driver?

bbk cold air,65mm MAF, gt-40/cobra intake,underdrive pulleys,24lb injectors, fuel press. guage, edelbrock alum. heads, shorty headers, magnaflow cats, aluminum driveshaft, optima red top, shift kit in the AOD

Look at comps xe line. I'd say either a 264 or 270. You'd have to find out the rating on your valve springs though. Dunno if they'd be sufficient.
