check your trans alignment. make sure the bell housing, trans case, mount, are will sitting flush and bolts are tight. it almost sounds like there is some kind of shifting going on or something. its just a though but just double check it.

Pilot bearing could be going bad? Or bad alignment causing a bind. I would crack the tranny bolts loose, the 4 on the tranny to bell and wiggle the trans around and tighten it back up see if that helps. Reving the engine should not effect the trans if the clutch is depressed(which leads me to think it is the pilot bearing, only connection besides the clutch)
My only guesses....I don't see what could be wrong with the tranny.
