i think it would be cheaper to do with boost then all motor. hell he could probably be at over 400 at the wheels with a turbo and fuel upgrades

Depends on where he lives, If he needs to get smogged, turbos out of the question

thats not true, im in so.cal. and i run twin turbos.

turbo is your best route. throw on those gt40 heads and a decent intake and youll hit 400rwhp easily on mild boost

i know a guy. paid $200 total for my "smog" a legit smog in california is about $100 anyways. i tried to build my car to be smog legal back in the beginning but all the fun mods arent smog legal so i gave in and dont regret it for a second
