Depends on where he lives, If he needs to get smogged, turbos out of the question

thats not true, im in so.cal. and i run twin turbos.
turbo is your best route. throw on those gt40 heads and a decent intake and youll hit 400rwhp easily on mild boost
and how do you get it smogged?

i know a guy. paid $200 total for my "smog" a legit smog in california is about $100 anyways. i tried to build my car to be smog legal back in the beginning but all the fun mods arent smog legal so i gave in and dont regret it for a second

who said anything about having to be legit? thats like saying boost is cheating. who cares how its done, all that matters is the sticker on the back of the car that gives you the right to terrorize the streets
