Default Computer Chip

Would a computer chip do anything for my car? I am running bolt on's and a explorer intake. I am also thinking about doing a cam swap. I know that the 94-95's have a more conservative fuel tune than the previous years, thats why they are down on power. If you think a chip would be beneficial what would be good? I have been looking at the SCT 4 bank, and I was also thinking about a tweecer so I could do it myself but I am open to suggestions.

until you have sufficient mods that'd require a tune, the chip would be a waste.
